This draft proposes a NIST-hosted database of community-contributed descriptions of differential privacy (DP) deployments.	本ドラフトは、コミュニティが提供する差分プライバシー（DP）展開事例の説明をNISTがホストするデータベースを提案するものである。
DP is a mathematical definition of privacy, and DP deployments are computer systems that add calibrated noise to data to protect the privacy of individuals. Since DP is being used at scale in many contexts, a database of implementation descriptions is an important step to establish guidelines and best practices for its application.	DPはプライバシーの数学的定義であり、DP展開事例とは個人情報の保護のためにデータに調整されたノイズを加えるコンピュータシステムを指す。DPは多くの場面で大規模に利用されているため、実装記述のデータベースは、その適用に関するガイドラインとベストプラクティスを確立する上で重要な一歩である。
The quality of the NIST-hosted repository proposed in IR 8588 is maintained through a public working group. Abstract	要約
There is a need in the community of privacy practitioners for a trustworthy, collaborative shared database of differentially private deployments, to help foster norms about best practices. We propose a shared governance resource to (1) help industry grow to consensus on best practices, (2) provide public snapshots of the privacy landscape so that regulators can judge new deployments in context and shape guidance accordingly, and (3) incentivize industry to make their choices public. We describe an initial schema to systematize this information and an editorial and governance process to ensure this information is reliable.	プライバシー実務者のコミュニティには、ベストプラクティスに関する規範形成を支援するため、信頼性が高く共同運用される差分プライバシー展開事例の共有データベースが必要である。我々は以下の目的で共有ガバナンスリソースを提案する：(1) 業界がベストプラクティスに関する合意形成を図る支援、(2) 規制当局が新たな展開事例を文脈の中で評価し、それに応じたガイダンスを策定できるよう、プライバシー状況の公開スナップショットを提供、(3) 業界が自らの選択を公開するよう促す。本稿では、この情報を体系化する初期スキーマと、情報の信頼性を確保するための編集・ガバナンスプロセスを説明する。
