Five Eyesの一角であるカナダの情報機関通信保安庁 (Communications Security Establishment Canada: CSE) の報告書っていままで読んでいなかったと思ったので紹介...
CSEは通信保安庁法（CSE法）により次の５つの任務があるということです。

情報機関というのは、自らの情報を隠したがりますが（もっともな理由がある場合も多いのですが...）、ただ、国民の税金で活動している組織であるので、このように活動内容の概要だけでもしっかりと国民につたえていくことは重要だろうと思います。
そして、全ての活動は記録し、時間がたち秘密保持をする必要がなくなった段階で情報を公開していくということが不適切な業務執行の抑止の上でも重要なことなのだろうと思います。

| Today, the Communications Security Establishment Canada (CSE) released its unclassified Annual Report for 2024 to 2025. The report contains an overview of activities conducted by CSE and its Canadian Centre for Cyber Security (Cyber Centre) from 2024 to 2025. | The Communications Security Establishment Canada (CSE) is Canada’s cryptologic agency, responsible for foreign signals intelligence, cyber security and foreign cyber operations.
