オーストラリアのサイバー・インフラセキュリティセンター (CISC) が「戦略的意思決定プロセス： 危機管理の手引き（2025年）」を公表していますね。。。

CICSは、重要インフラの所有者や運営者がリスクを理解し、規制要件を満たせるように支援する内務省に属する組織です、要は規制機関です(^^)...で、Critical5のメンバーでカナダ、ニュージラインド、英国、米国と協力していますね...

The Strategic Decision Making Process: A Guide for Crisis Management (2025) has been released!	「戦略的意思決定プロセス： 危機管理の手引き（2025年）」を公表！
The updated Strategic Decision Making Process: A Guide for Crisis Management (2025) is now available.	更新された「戦略的意思決定プロセス」： 危機管理のためのガイド(2025)」が公表された。
This guide gives Australian critical infrastructure owners and operators a clear and structured way to make decisions during a crisis. It outlines seven key elements that support better decision making in high pressure situations.	このガイドは、オーストラリアの重要インフラ所有者および運営者に、危機発生時に意思決定を行うための明確かつ構造的な方法を提供する。高圧的な状況下でのより良い意思決定を支援する7つの重要な要素の概要を示している。
These elements are based on a combination of critical thinking, creative thinking and futures thinking. Together, they help organisations stay resilient during a crisis and plan stronger responses for the future. Each element is explained in simple terms, with practical examples to show how you can use them in your organisation.	これらの要素は、批判的思考、創造的思考、未来思考の組み合わせに基づいている。これらの要素を組み合わせることで、組織が危機の中でもレジリエンスを保ち、将来に向けてより強力な対応策を計画することができる。各要素は、あなたの組織でどのように活用できるかを、実践的な例とともにわかりやすく説明している。
This guide works alongside the updated Organisational Resilience Good Practice Guide (2024) (3MB PDF). Both were developed in partnership with the University of Tasmania and are both part of government initiatives developed with the Resilience Expert Advisory Group (REAG).	本書は、『組織レジリエンス・グッド・プラクティス・ガイド（2024年版）』（3MB PDF）の改訂版と連動している。どちらもタスマニア大学と共同で開発されたもので、レジリエンス専門家諮問グループ（REAG）と共に開発された政府のイニシアチブの一部である。
