英国 内閣府 アンバー・ブック：中央政府における危機管理 Ver.3（2025.04.28）

こんにちは、丸山満彦です。

英国政府の危機管理の指針である、Amber Bookが12振りに改訂されていますね...政府の危機管理体制の進展を踏まえて、構成と内容を大幅に変更したとのことです...

これはあくまでも英国の政治体制を踏まえたもので、イングランドにおける中央政府、地域政府、地方政府間の関係や、英国中央政府とスコットランド、ウェールズ、北アイルランドの地方分権政府との関係を踏まえた、役割と責任についての話でもあるので、状況が異なる日本にそのまま持ってくることはできないでしょうが、考え方など参考になる部分はあるとは思います。
