Establish a Japan-UK Cyber Partnership that will strengthen our public-private partnerships, advance shared international interests and enhance our cyber capabilities. We will strengthen the Japan-UK Bilateral Consultations on Cyber Issues to advance the full spectrum of cyber cooperation and further reinforce collaboration on promoting the rule of law in cyberspace, responding to emerging threats and enhancing capacity building efforts.

日英サイバー・パートナーシップを創設して、官民連携を強化し、共有された国際的な利益を増進させ、我々のサイバー能力を強化する。生じつつある脅 威に対応し、能力構築に向けた取組を強化させつつ、あらゆるサイバー協力を 前進させ、サイバー空間における法の支配の促進に係る連携を一層促進するため、日英サイバー協議を強化する。

Strategic Command shares cyber expertise with Japan	戦略軍、サイバー専門知識を日本と共有
A delegation from the Japanese Cyber Defense Command met with cyber experts at various Strategic Command locations.	日本のサイバー防衛司令部からの代表団は、戦略司令部の様々な場所でサイバー専門家と会談した。
Leading cyber is one of the core priorities for Strategic Command, including sharing our expertise and knowledge with international partners to help protect global security.	世界の安全保障を守るために、国際的なパートナーと専門知識と知識を共有することを含め、サイバー分野をリードすることは戦略軍にとって中核的な優先事項の一つである。
Major General Akisugu Kimura, Commander of the Cyber Defense Command, visited the UK to learn more about Strategic Command’s role at the forefront of digital capabilities within Defence. This is of particular importance to Japan which has committed to boost their number of cyber operators from 800 to 4,000 by 2027.	サイバー防衛司令部の司令官である木村顕継陸将補は、国防におけるデジタル能力の最前線における戦略軍の役割について学ぶために英国を訪問した。これは、2027年までにサイバーオペレーターの数を800人から4000人に増やすことを約束している日本にとって、特に重要なことである。
The Major General and General Jim Hockenhull, Commander Strategic Command, met in Whitehall to reinforce both nation’s commitment to working closely together.	戦略軍司令官のジム・ホッケンハル少将はホワイトホールで会談し、緊密に協力するという両国のコミットメントを強化した。

Our commitment to develop skills within the digital space was evidenced during a tour of the Defence Cyber Academy that offers world-leading training across the Armed Forces.	デジタル空間におけるスキル開発に対する我々のコミットメントは、軍全体で世界トップクラスの訓練を提供する国防サイバー・アカデミーを視察した際に証明された。
The UK’s relationship with Japan was strengthened in May 2023 when Prime Ministers of both nations signed the Cyber Partnership agreement and the landmark Hiroshima Accord. The Hiroshima Accord is an ambitious global strategic partnership covering defence, trade, science and technology collaboration, and working together to tackle global issues like climate change.	英国と日本の関係は、2023年5月に両国の首相がサイバーパートナーシップ協定と画期的な広島合意に署名したことで強化された。ヒロシマ・アコードは、防衛、貿易、科学技術協力、気候変動などの地球規模の問題への協力などを含む野心的な世界戦略的パートナーシップである。
