英国 Ada Lovelace 協会 欧州におけるAI責任：EUのAI責任指令の先取り

2022.09.28 にEU委員会が「AI責任指令」案を発表する予定のようですが、AIの責任に関する論考ですかね。。。なお、AI法はEU議会で議論中ですね。。。

AI法と違って、AIの責任についての規制は、RegulationではなくDirectiveとなるようですね。。。各国の責任に関する法律の違いが大きいのが理由なのかも知れませんね。。。

The EU Commission will publish its AI Liability Directive on 28 September. This explainer will be helpful to anyone interested in AI policy and understanding the significance of the Directive.	EU委員会は、9月28日にAI責任指令を発表する予定である。本解説書は、AI政策に関心を持ち、同指令の意義を理解する人にとって有益なものとなるであろう。

It provides five reasons for EU legislators to act, with three illustrative scenarios and three policy options to address under-compensation, and a commentary on AI liability beyond traditional accident scenarios.
