米国のSECはサイバー関連の専門家を年収1600万円−2800万円で募集中

米国証券取引委員会（SEC）はサイバー関連の専門家を年収約1600万円−約2800万円で募集中ですね。。。

これは、サイバー関連だから特別な制度を作っているわけではなく、SECの専門職の給与テーブルのGrade16（最高はGrade17）の標準テーブルの下限と専門職の給与の上限を示しているだけですね。

ちなみに、SECの給与テーブルは

ここのGrade16を見ると、$114,100 - $193,775 となっています。これに地方手当的なもの（都市ごとに異なるのですが、フィラデルフィアの場合は、26.04%）を付加して、$143,812- $244,234 となります。。。　なお、SECの地方手当を含めた年俸上限は  $255,800 なのでロスアンゼルスの場合は、この上限の$255,800 がロスアンゼルスの上限となっています。。。

似たような業務を金融庁でしている松本隆さんはどんな感じなんでしょうね。。。

サイバー人材が不足しているというけれども、給与水準をあげると短期間に不足が埋まるのかも。。。需要と供給なんで、需要が不足しているときは、給与水準を上げないと埋まらないですよね。。。

なお、日本の公務員についての制度は、

専門行政職の課長の8級9号とすると基本給（月額）は、555,600円、手当がよくわからないですが含めると月額約700,000円として、年間では約8,400,000円、賞与は年間4.5月として、約2,500,000円として、合計すると年間約11,000,000円となりますね。。。なんか、少ないような気もするけどこんなもんなんですかね。。。

モデル給与例（令和元年）では、本府省課長（50歳）は月額746,160円、年間給与12,642,000円となっていますね。。。

そもそも日本の公務員の給与レベルが米国連邦政府の職員に比べて低いのでしょうね。日本の公務員は、社会全体の給与水準をベースに計算されますから、日本の企業の給与が低いのでしょうね。。。

給与が低いということは、企業活動から得られた利潤が株主により分配されているということなんでしょうね。労働者は日本人がほとんどですが、株主は外国株主もそれなりにいることを考えると、日本企業の利潤は以前より、より多く海外に流れているということなのかもしれませんね。。。

そして、同じ日本人の中でも、持つ者と持たざる者の差が開いていくということになるようにも思います。

日本人は搾取され、これからますます貧しくなっていくのかもしれません。。。そして、同じ日本人の中でも持たざる者はますます搾取されていくのでしょうね。。。
