こんにちは、丸山満彦です。

高橋弁護士のITリサーチアートのほうのブログ記事で紹介していたので知りましたが、NATO関連機関（NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excelence）がサイバー空間におけるロシアの戦略を分析していますね。。。
