Interpolは英国の資金でアフリカのサイバー犯罪と戦うためのイニシアティブを始めたようですね。。。サイバー犯罪関係なので、シンガポールということになりますね。。。

・2021.05.12 (news) INTERPOL launches initiative to fight cybercrime in Africa - New INTERPOL desk targets cybercriminals and Internet fraud in Africa

SINGAPORE – INTERPOL is creating a new cybercrime operations desk with UK funding to boost the capacity of 49 African countries to fight cybercrime.

The Africa desk will help shape a regional strategy to drive intelligence-led coordinated actions against cybercriminals and support joint operations.

プロジェクトの概要はこちらです。。。

このプロジェクトは、

2021.03.08-2023.02.28までの約2年間。予算は、2.9百万ポンド（約4.5億円）

成果物として予定されているものは、次のようですね。。。

The major deliverables of the project will be:	このプロジェクトの主な成果物は以下の通りです。
Framework: The desk will collaborate with the member countries to form a framework for a coordinated response to cybercrimes that will establish work processes that law enforcement agencies in Africa can continue to adopt beyond the life of the project.	枠組み：当デスクは、メンバー国と協力して、サイバー犯罪への協調的な対応のための枠組みを作り、アフリカの法執行機関がプロジェクト終了後も継続して採用できる作業プロセスを確立する。
Intelligence: An Africa Cybercrime Threat Assessment will be published annually that will inform stakeholders of the key threats and consolidate regional knowledge.	インテリジェンス：アフリカのサイバー犯罪脅威評価を毎年発表し、主要な脅威を関係者に伝え、地域の知識を集約する。
Operations: Specific operations will be run on a regional and intra-regional level to collectively address the cyber threats based on actionable intelligence.	オペレーション：実行可能なインテリジェンスに基づいてサイバー脅威に総合的に対処するため、地域および地域内レベルで特定のオペレーションを実施する。
Campaigns: Information awareness campaigns will address the threats at the public level.	キャンペーン：一般市民レベルで脅威に対処するために情報啓発キャンペーンをする。
