米国の大統領選が近いこともあるのでしょうか、ロシアが2014年以来、民主的な選挙(米国、フランス等)に対して影響力を行使してきた、犯罪組織とも密接に関わっていてロシアのサイバー能力は英国にとっては脅威であるという記載もありますね。。。

・2020.07.21 Russia report: Findings of long-awaited probe into Russian inference in UK politics released | LIVE
Chair of the Intelligence and Security Committee (ISC) Rt Hon. Dr Julian Lewis MP and committee members Stewart Hosie MP and Kevan Jones MP host virtual event. A long-awaited report into alleged Russian interference in the 2017 general election and the 2016 Brexit vote is expected to be published by the ISC.

The Parliament's Intelligence and Security Committee (ISC) today released its much-anticipated report on Russian activities targeting the UK, stating that Russia has consistently been using disinformation as a means to influence elections, create an atmosphere of distrust, and to promote its foreign policy objectives.

・2020.07.22 UK inquiry finds British government never investigated potential Russian interference in Brexit vote
The British Parliament’s Intelligence and Security Committee released on Tuesday its report on possible Russian interference in the nation’s Brexit referendum. The report said it could not determine if Moscow had attempted to sway voters because the British government has not even looked into it.
"The outrage isn't (whether) there was interference; the outrage is that no one has wanted to know if there was interference," the Labour Party’s Kevan Jones said at a press conference about the report. "That, I think, comes through very loud and clear in our report."
