米国国防省と人工知能（戦略と倫理）

忘れないうちにDoDがAIに関して最近公表したことを備忘録として。。。

DoDは2018年にJoing Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC)を立ち上げ、2019.02.12にAI戦略を発表しています。そして2020.02.24にAI倫理原則を発表していますね。

簡単に仮訳つけてみました。

1	Responsible. DoD personnel will exercise appropriate levels of judgment and care, while remaining responsible for the development, deployment, and use of AI capabilities.	責任 国防省の職員は、AI能力の開発、展開、および使用に責任を持ちながら、適切なレベルの判断と注意を行使する。
2	Equitable. The Department will take deliberate steps to minimize unintended bias in AI capabilities.	衡平 国防省は、AI能力における意図しない偏りを最小限に抑えるための意図的な措置を講じる。
3	Traceable. The Department’s AI capabilities will be developed and deployed such that relevant personnel possess an appropriate understanding of the technology, development processes, and operational methods applicable to AI capabilities, including with transparent and auditable methodologies, data sources, and design procedure and documentation.	追跡可能 国防省の AI 能力は、透明で監査可能な方法論、データソース、設計手順、文書化など、AI能力に適用される技術、開発プロセス、運用方法について、関係者が適切に理解しているように、開発・展開される。
4	Reliable.
