　こんにちは、丸山満彦です。米国連邦取引委員会（FTC）が、児童オンラインプライバシー保護法（Children's Online Privacy Protection Act）の改正案を公表していますね。。。

　主な変更点は、
・定義
・親への通知
・親の同意メカニズム
・機密とセキュリティ要件
・セーフハーバー
　になるようですね。。。

　定義の変更は、
・(1) Collects or collection
・(2) Disclosure
・(3) “Release of personal information”
・(4) “Support for the internal operations of the website or online service”
・(5) Online Contact Information
・(6) Personal Information
・(7) Website or online service directed to children

　
定義の変更の部分は参考になりますね。。。
